1.
All State game and fish laws are to be obeyed.
2.
Each contestant must check in at the tournament site 15 minutes prior to take
off.
3.
Order of launch will be determined by order checked in.
4.
All competitors are expected to show courtesy to all other competitors alike.
5.
No alcoholic beverages shall be allowed in boats.
6.
No fishing within fifty (50) yards of another boat.
7.
Only artificial lures may be used. All
bass must be caught in a conventional manner using a rod and reel.
No trolling.
8.
There shall be an official check point for check-in and weigh-in.
Failure to go through check point will result in disqualification.
9.
Entrants late for weigh-in shall be penalized one (1) point per minute.
Any competitor more than fifteen minutes late will be disqualified.
10.
Size limits will be fifteen (15) inches unless a particular lake has a size
restriction. The count limit will
be six (6) fish per boat. Three (3) per contestant.
11.
A one pound penalty will be assessed for each short fish.
Fish will be measured with the golden rule.
12.
One-half pound (0.5 lb.) penalty will be assessed for each dead fish. Live fish should be released at the end of the tournament.
13.
There will be no official practice or off limits prior to tournaments.
14.
All Coast Guard Safety Regulations are to be observed.
Life vest must be worn any time engine is running.
15.
Any protest must be filed within fifteen (15) minutes after weigh-in is
complete. 16. Fish must be brought to the scales in a bag of water or it will not be weighed. 17. Pay Back = two (2) places. 18. Weigh-in will start five (5) minutes after the end of tournament. 19. Entry Fee is $20.00 per person with $5 going towards the Classic tournament. 20. Big Fish pay back is $100.00 with twenty (20) or more participants. 21. No locking through. Tournament to be fished on scheduled lake. 22. No trailer blast off unless approved by club president in special situations.
